Advent Hotels International Ltd, demerged from Valor Estate Ltd, has begun trading independently on BSE and NSE. The company currently operates two hotels in Goa and Mumbai and is expanding through partnerships and joint ventures. Future projects include St. Regis and Marriott Marquis in Delhi and Waldorf Astoria, Hilton, and a large hotel at BKC, Mumbai. With five projects under development, the company aims to reach 3,100 keys. Additionally, it plans a 1.50 million sq ft integrated project in Sahar, Mumbai, with Prestige Group.
Advent Hotels International Ltd, which has been demerged from real estate company Valor Estate Ltd, has begun trading its equity shares on the BSE and NSE. According to a regulatory filing by Valor Estate, the company now operates independently with a clear focus on developing, owning, and managing hotel assets across India.
At present, Advent Hotels runs two major properties: a 313-key Grand Hyatt in Bambolim, Goa, which is expanding with 113 additional keys under development, and a 171-key Hilton-branded hotel in Andheri East, Mumbai. On listing, the shares debuted at a premium of INR 310 each on the BSE and rose 5% to INR 325.45, reaching the upper circuit and closing at this price. The discovery price was INR 264.50 per share. On the NSE, shares were listed at INR 313, close to the discovery price of INR 312.70, and closed at INR 328.65.
Arshad Balwa, Promoter Director of Advent Hotels International Ltd, said the listing demonstrates the company's commitment to building a capital-efficient and operationally strong hospitality platform. He emphasized that the company aims to focus on long-term shareholder value creation while maintaining lean operations and operational excellence.
The company is expanding its portfolio through strategic partnerships and joint ventures. Upcoming projects include two hotels at Aerocity, Delhi St. Regis and Marriott Marquis developed in partnership with Prestige Group and expected to open in FY27. In Mumbai, the portfolio will include Waldorf Astoria and Hilton in Worli, along with a 1,175-key hotel at BKC. With five projects currently under development, the company aims to expand its portfolio to 3,100 keys.
In addition to these projects, Advent Hotels International is developing a 5.4-acre parcel in Sahar, Andheri East, Mumbai, into a 1.50 million sq ft hospitality-led integrated project with a gross development value of around INR 4,500 crore. The project is being developed through its joint venture firm, Advent Convention & Hotels International Ltd, with equal economic interests held by Advent Hotels and Prestige Group.
The company continues to focus on strategic growth, operational efficiency, and strengthening its presence in the premium hospitality segment across India.
