The CREDAI-MCHI Thane Redevelopment Expo held recently at the Raymond Trade Show Hall drew a significant turnout from housing society members, developers, and industry professionals. The two-day event, organised to promote awareness and collaboration in Thane's redevelopment landscape, facilitated productive discussions on policy reforms, project design, and legal aspects of redevelopment. With over 2,000 attendees, the expo demonstrated Thane's growing enthusiasm for rejuvenating ageing housing societies through sustainable and community-oriented development models.
The CREDAI-MCHI Thane Redevelopment Expo concluded on a high note earlier this week, surpassing expectations and marking an important step forward in Thane's redevelopment journey. The two-day event at the Raymond Trade Show Hall attracted more than 2,000 participants, including housing society members, developers, and experts from the real estate sector.
The expo provided a valuable platform for meaningful engagement between stakeholders. Leading developers presented innovative redevelopment concepts, while expert panels deliberated on policy updates, legal frameworks, and community-centred design principles. Dedicated consultation sessions also helped housing societies assess redevelopment feasibility and navigate the associated procedural challenges.
Expressing satisfaction with the event's success, Sachin Mirani, President of CREDAI-MCHI Thane, stated that the response had been highly encouraging and that the expo had empowered societies to make informed redevelopment decisions. He added that the association intended to sustain this momentum in the months ahead.
Mahesh Borkar, Chairman of the Redevelopment Committee, remarked that the event highlighted Thane's immense redevelopment potential. Echoing similar sentiments, Amit Datar, Vice Chairman of the Redevelopment Committee, commented that the redevelopment of Thane's housing societies would define a new chapter in the city's growth and transformation.
Jitendra Mehta, Immediate Past President of CREDAI-MCHI Thane, observed that participants had appreciated the collaborative spirit fostered during the expo. Gaurav Sharma, President-Elect of the association, further noted that the event's success boded well for the city's redevelopment prospects.
