M3M India has announced a major expansion with the launch of its 150-acre integrated township, Gurgaon International City (GIC), on the Dwarka Expressway Link Road. The company will invest INR 7,200 crore in the project, which is expected to generate around INR 12,000 crore in revenue. Designed as a low-emission industrial and residential hub, the township will feature premium homes, EV hubs, innovation parks, retail zones, and data centres, targeting global corporations like Google, Apple, Microsoft, and Tesla. The first RERA-approved phase covers 50 acres with 300 plots.
Realty developer M3M India has unveiled plans to build a 150-acre integrated township in Gurugram, marking a significant step in its expansion strategy. Strategically located on the Dwarka Expressway Link Road, the township will combine commercial, industrial, and residential facilities. It will feature data centres, innovation parks, electric vehicle (EV) hubs, retail avenues, and premium residential zones. According to Pankaj Bansal, Promoter of M3M India, the township is designed to attract global corporations representing future innovation and sustainable growth, including companies like Google, Apple, Microsoft, and Tesla.
The first phase, covering 50 acres and already RERA-approved, will include 300 plots. GIC is planned as a low-emission, clean industry hub with non-polluting industrial units, advanced manufacturing facilities, and technology-driven businesses.
M3M India has an extensive portfolio of 62 projects, including 40 completed developments spanning more than 20 million sq ft. The company is also known for its Trump Tower project in Gurugram, which added a premium residential landmark to its portfolio.
