The auction will be held over three days, with multiple sessions each day, ensuring wider participation and fair competition among bidders. Sessions are planned from 11 am to 2 pm and again from 3 pm to 6 pm, covering different locations on specific days. The bidding process will follow an online format to ensure transparency and accessibility for all interested participants.
At Kurmalguda, the plot sizes start from approximately 200 sq yd, with an upset price fixed at INR 20,000 per sq yd. The plots at Thorrur are slightly larger, ranging between 200 sq yd and 500 sq yd, with an upset price of INR 25,000 per sq yd. Meanwhile, Bahadurpally will feature plots with a minimum upset price of INR 27,000 per sq yd for regular plots and INR 30,000 per sq yd for corner plots. The minimum bid increment has been set at INR 500 per sq yd, giving participants adequate flexibility to adjust their offers competitively during the auction process.
TRSCL officials have indicated that Kurmalguda plots will be placed for auction in the first session, followed by Bahadurpally later the same day, while Thorrur sessions will continue across the subsequent two days. The agency expects robust participation, given the increasing demand for residential land near Hyderabad's peripheral zones, which have witnessed steady appreciation in land values due to expanding connectivity and new development projects.
