A central feature of the platform is its AI-powered Duty and Tax Classification Engine. Using Generative AI trained on global customs databases, it automatically classifies products according to the correct Harmonized System of Nomenclature (HSN) codes by analyzing product titles, descriptions, and images. This reduces compliance risks and ensures accurate shipments, which is especially important as global supply chains grow more complex.
The platform also provides real-time, country-specific duty and tax estimates, which are dynamically updated to reflect regulatory changes in key markets such as the United States and the European Union. This helps exporters stay informed about changing policies, such as tariffs or tax adjustments on Indian goods, and plan their operations efficiently.
iThink Logistics has integrated the DDP model into its booking dashboard and APIs, making it compatible with major e-commerce platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Etsy, as well as custom storefronts.
