Sustainable home essentials brand EcoSoul Home has secured USD 20 million (INR 180 crore) in a Series B funding round led by Accel and Bajaj Financial Securities, with participation from Mohandas Pai's StartupXseed Ventures, JSW Ventures, and CK Birla Group. The funding, including USD 17 million equity and USD 3 million debt which will be used to double manufacturing capacity, launch a value-focused sub-brand, and expand into new international markets including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy. The company's cumulative funding has now crossed USD 50 million.
EcoSoul Home, a sustainable home essentials company, has raised USD 20 million (INR 180 crore) in its latest funding round.The Series B round raised USD 17 million in equity and USD 3 million in debt. Leading investors included Accel and Bajaj Financial Securities, with participation from Mohandas Pai's StartupXseed Ventures, JSW Ventures, and the CK Birla Group. Venture debt was provided by Alteria Capital and SIDBI.
The fresh capital will support the company in enhancing production capabilities across its three main manufacturing facilities and strengthening its omni-channel retail presence in India and international markets such as the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and GCC countries. EcoSoul Home's cumulative funding has now surpassed USD 50 million.
Rahul Singh, co-founder and CEO of EcoSoul Home, indicated that the funds would help double the capacity of the company's owned plants and expand production for new product lines. Currently, EcoSoul operates five owned manufacturing facilities in Muzaffarnagar (Uttar Pradesh), Sitarganj (Uttarakhand), Tumkur (Karnataka), Shimoga (Karnataka), and Raipur (Chhattisgarh), alongside 11 contract manufacturing units.
The company also plans to launch a new sub-brand under the EcoSoul umbrella, targeting more affordable, mass-market products, while expanding into the business-to-business segment.
On the international front, EcoSoul Home will enter new markets including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy. Headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, the brand currently operates in over 12 countries, with approximately 75 percent of its revenue coming from outside India.
