Synopsis

NeoLiv is set to develop a 62-acre township in Faridabad, Haryana, with an estimated gross development value of INR 2,300 crore. The project will primarily feature housing plots and villas to address the growing demand for residential properties in NCR. While the company has not disclosed the landowner's name, number of units, or total investment, this initiative marks NeoLiv's largest project in one of the region's fastest-growing areas. The developer is already active in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Sonipat, strengthening its residential portfolio across key cities.

Realty firm NeoLiv has announced plans to develop a 62-acre township in Faridabad, Haryana, aiming to meet the increasing demand for residential properties in the National Capital Region. The project, located in Sector 98 and 99A, has an estimated gross development value of around INR 2,300 crore and will primarily consist of housing plots and villas.

The company confirmed that it has entered into a management agreement for the development of this land, though the landowner's identity has not been disclosed. NeoLiv also did not reveal the number of plots and villas planned or the total investment required to complete the township.

Mohit Malhotra, Founder and CEO of NeoLiv, said the partnership represents a significant milestone for the company and marks its largest initiative in one of NCR's fastest-growing regions. The project aligns with NeoLiv's ongoing developments in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Sonipat, Haryana.

This township aims to offer well-planned residential solutions for families and investors seeking quality housing options. Faridabad has witnessed strong real estate growth in recent years due to improving connectivity, expanding infrastructure, and increased interest from developers in integrated residential projects. By focusing on plots and villas, NeoLiv plans to cater to buyers looking for larger homes and customizable living spaces, while contributing to the region's urban development.
