Saya Group has partnered with Harmony Infra to develop an ultra-luxury residential project, 'The Horizon Residences,' in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Spread over 2 acres, the project will feature 264 premium flats priced between INR 6 crore and INR 8.5 crore. With an investment of INR 550 crore, excluding land acquired in 2018, the company anticipates sales revenue of around INR 1,600 crore. The project has secured RERA and other statutory approvals, and about 100 units have already been booked due to strong demand in the limited supply market.

Vikas Bhasin, Managing Director of Saya Group, explained that the flats will be priced in the range of INR 6 crore to INR 8.5 crore, catering to buyers looking for luxury housing in a sought-after location. The company has planned a total investment of INR 550 crore for construction, excluding the cost of the land acquired back in 2018, which underscores the scale of the project.
The total saleable area of the development is estimated at around 12 lakh square feet. Saya Group expects the project to generate sales revenue of approximately INR 1,600 crore. The company has already obtained RERA and other statutory approvals, ensuring that construction can proceed smoothly and on schedule.
The Horizon Residences has already witnessed strong buyer interest, with around 100 units booked. This reflects the limited availability of new luxury housing in Indirapuram, which has been experiencing high demand due to its developed infrastructure, connectivity, and residential appeal.
Saya Group has a strong track record, with a portfolio of over 4.99 lakh square meters across both completed and ongoing residential and commercial projects. With this venture, the company aims to further strengthen its presence in the luxury segment of the Ghaziabad real estate market and provide high-end living options to meet the growing demand for premium housing.
