Lodha Developers has recorded a 7% year-on-year growth in pre-sales for the quarter ending September, totaling INR 4,570 crore. This increase highlights continued strong demand across its residential and integrated developments. Collections for the quarter also rose significantly by 13%, amounting to INR 3,480 crore, indicating healthy cash flow and buyer confidence.


For the first half of the financial year, the company's pre-sales reached INR 9,020 crore, marking an 8% increase compared to the same period last year. Collections over the same period rose 10% to INR 6,360 crore, demonstrating consistent performance and steady market traction.

During this quarter, Lodha added a new project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with a gross development value (GDV) of INR 2,300 crore. This addition allowed the company to achieve its full-year guidance of INR 25,000 crore within the first half of the year. Looking ahead, several project launches are planned for the second half, keeping the company on track to meet its 2025-26 pre-sales target of INR 21,000 crore.

Despite significant investments in business development during the first half of the financial year, Lodha's net debt stood at INR 5,370 crore, remaining below the company's stated ceiling of 0.5 times the net debt-equity ratio. This reflects a careful approach to financial management while sustaining growth.
