The Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC) is set to invite bids for around 70,000 sq ft of office space in the nearly completed IT Park 4 in Indore. Situated in the Electronic Complex, this development is expected to draw technology, electronics system design and manufacturing (ESDM), and data center companies. MPIDC plans to provide 30-year leases for the offices, while phased allocations for IT Park 3 are scheduled for 2026. These initiatives aim to strengthen Indore's position as a growing hub for innovation and technological investment.
The Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC) is preparing to invite bids for space allocation in IT Park 4, offering approximately 70,000 sq ft of office space on 30-year leases. The park, located in Indore's Electronic Complex, is near completion and has been developed at an estimated cost of INR 47 crore.
The industries department is targeting investments from technology companies, electronics system design and manufacturing (ESDM) firms, data centers, and testing laboratories. Officials noted that companies from Madhya Pradesh, Bengaluru, Maharashtra, and other major cities have already shown interest, highlighting the park's potential to attract diverse businesses.
The final formalities for calling bids are complete, with the bidding process expected to begin shortly.
Alongside IT Park 4, the MPIDC is advancing IT Park 3, a larger project spanning 2.38 hectares at an estimated cost of INR 501 crore. The allocation of office spaces in IT Park 3 is planned in phases in 2026, complementing Indore's growth as a technology and innovation hub.
By providing modern office spaces and attracting national and regional companies, Indore is positioned to emerge as a key center for IT and innovation in central India. The projects are likely to generate employment opportunities and stimulate broader economic growth, reinforcing the city's reputation as a business-friendly and innovation-driven destination.
