NAREDCO MAHI recently celebrated the Women Achiever Awards 2025 at the NAREDCO HOMETHON Property Expo in Mumbai, honoring women transforming the real estate and allied sectors. NAREDCO MAHI, the women's wing of the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), in partnership with the Women Who Lead National Award & Consortium (WWLNAC), hosted the Women Achiever Awards 2025 at the NAREDCO HOMETHON Property Expo 2025, held at the prestigious Jio World Convention Center, BKC, Mumbai. The evening was attended by eminent dignitaries, including Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, Chairman of NAREDCO; Mr. Rajan Bandelkar, Vice Chairman; Mrs. Smita Patil, National President of NAREDCO MAHI; Mrs. Smita Raje Patwardhan of the Royal Family of Jamkhandi; Dr. Sunita Karad, Dean of MIT World Peace University; Mrs. Radhika Sudhir, Founder of WWLNAC; Mr. Prashant Sharma, President of NAREDCO West; and Mr. Hitesh Thakkar, Vice President of NAREDCO Maharashtra. Prominent leaders from NAREDCO Maharashtra and other industry changemakers were also present, alongside actress Ms. Anusha Dandekar, who applauded the initiative.
Dr. Hiranandani highlighted the crucial role women play in shaping society and the growing impact of female leadership in real estate. He noted that women bring perspectives that strengthen communities and emphasized NAREDCO MAHI's commitment to enhancing women?s participation in leadership roles, with a focus on sustainability and skill development. Mrs. Patil celebrated the occasion as a recognition of women's strength, resilience, and vision, connecting it with the spirit of Navratri, a festival honoring feminine energy.
