Parsvnath Developers Ltd announced that it had partnered with Emperor Infratech to complete an integrated township spread across nearly 113 acres in Rajpura, Punjab. The development, which includes plots, group housing, commercial complexes, clubs, and schools, has all necessary licences in place. Under the arrangement, Emperor Infratech will oversee the development, marketing, sales, and maintenance, ensuring timely possession for existing buyers while managing the sale of unsold inventory. Parsvnath Developers Ltd confirmed earlier this week that it had tied up with Emperor Infratech to complete its township project located in Rajpura, Punjab. The township, covering 112.856 acres, has been planned as an integrated development featuring residential plots, group housing, commercial complexes, schools, and clubs. The firm stated in a regulatory filing that it had entered into a Development Management agreement with Emperor Infratech Pvt Ltd. Under this agreement, Emperor Infratech has been appointed as the development manager and will handle a wide range of responsibilities including development, completion, implementation, sales, marketing, and ongoing maintenance. The company mentioned that Emperor Infratech would carry out the work at full pace, ensuring timely delivery and offering possession to existing customers. It will also focus on the sale of the unsold inventory, facilitating the completion of the entire project in a time-bound manner.
Parsvnath Chairman Pradeep Jain said that the developer remained committed to the execution of its ongoing projects. He pointed out that the company had already delivered 68 projects and continues to concentrate on achieving milestones in its pipeline.
By appointing Emperor Infratech as the development manager, Parsvnath has ensured that both existing buyers and new investors will benefit from expedited delivery and a comprehensive approach to sales and maintenance. The company's continued emphasis on project execution, supported by its past record of deliveries, reflects its strategy to strengthen credibility and enhance customer confidence in its real estate portfolio.
