Founded in 1986, Brigade Group has emerged as one of India's leading real estate developers. The firm maintains a strong presence in several key markets including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysuru, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, and GIFT City. Its portfolio spans residential, office, retail, and hospitality projects, making it a diversified player in the property sector.

With a gross development value estimated at INR 1,200 crore, the project underlines the company's focus on high-potential locations.
