The company has recently launched its Enterprise Plus portfolio, designed to deliver dedicated managed office spaces along with end-to-end design and operational services to cater to enterprises and global capability centres (GCCs).
According to the company, this expansion marks a new chapter in its growth trajectory, fuelled by rising demand from enterprise clients and GCCs seeking customised, fully managed workspace solutions. The developments cover key metropolitan markets, including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Cowrks stated that Enterprise Plus is expected to play a central role in driving the company?s broader expansion strategy.
