The space has been taken up by corporate and retail tenants, including firms from the IT, engineering, and AI sectors, as well as a mix of F&B and wellness brands. The project is LEED Gold certified and expected to generate INR 50 crore in annual revenue. This leasing success underscores Bengaluru's continued dominance in India's Grade A+ office market and reflects growing demand for integrated commercial developments.
Sumadhura Group announced it had successfully leased five lakh square feet of space at its flagship commercial development, Sumadhura Capitol Towers, situated at Hope Farm Junction in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The company stated that the leases, spread across both office and retail segments, are projected to generate annual revenue of approximately INR 50 crore.
The office spaces have been occupied by companies including First Brand Group, Terex India, and Saiharmony Solutions India, representing a diverse mix of industries such as IT/ITeS, engineering, consultancy, and artificial intelligence. On the retail front, the leased spaces feature brands such as Blue Tokai, Sinonna & Mad Doh, The Harvest Salad, Thyme & Whisk, Belancia, and Klay. Lease durations reportedly range between three and five years, signalling strong tenant commitment.
The development spans 8.67 acres with a total leasable area of nearly 1.5 million square feet. Designed by Morphogenesis, the property is LEED Gold certified and offers one of Bengaluru's largest commercial floorplates. It combines architectural aesthetics with sustainability and modern workplace amenities.
According to data from Colliers India, Bengaluru led the country in office leasing activity during the second quarter, accounting for 4.8 million square feet or 27 percent of total leasing.
