Synopsis

Shweta Tripathi, the acclaimed actress best known for her role in the hit series "Mirzapur," has made a significant real estate investment in Mumbai. She purchased a new 3 BHK apartment in the city's prime residential locality of Chembur for INR 3 crore. The property, located in the Supreme Boulevard building, spans 938 square feet. The transaction, registered in early July, included two dedicated car parking spaces and saw Tripathi benefit from a special stamp duty relaxation for women homebuyers.

In a notable real estate transaction, actress Shweta Tripathi, widely recognized for her powerful performance as Golu Gupta in the popular web series Mirzapur, has bought a new apartment in Mumbai. The property is a premium 3 BHK apartment located in the bustling residential hub of Chembur, a fast-developing suburb known for its connectivity and amenities. The apartment is part of the Supreme Boulevard project, a residential development by Supreme Universal.

The new apartment, situated on the 9th floor of the building, has a usable area of 938 square feet and was purchased for a total price of INR 3 crore. This translates to a rate of approximately INR 32,000 per square foot. The sale was officially registered on July 2, 2025. The official documents reveal that the transaction included the exclusive use of two car parking spaces, a valuable addition in a city with limited parking.

The actress paid a stamp duty of INR 15 lakh and a registration fee of INR 30,000 for the property. A key detail of the transaction is that she received a special relaxation on the stamp duty, which is a benefit provided under a policy by the Maharashtra government to encourage women to buy homes. This purchase adds to the trend of celebrities investing in Mumbai's real estate, particularly in well-connected areas that offer both luxury and convenience.
