Aamir Khan is understood to have recently leased four luxurious apartments in the Wilnomona building, located on Nargis Dutt Road in Mumbai's Pali Hill area. The monthly rent for the properties is reportedly INR 24.5 lakh. As per property registration records, he has entered into a five-year lease arrangement that includes a 45-month lock-in clause. The agreement also entails an annual rent escalation of 5 percent.

The actor is said to have paid a security deposit of approximately INR 1.46 crore, with additional charges including stamp duty of around INR 4 lakh and a registration fee of INR 2,000. The reason behind this move is the redevelopment of the Virgo Cooperative Housing Society, where Aamir Khan owns multiple apartments. The redevelopment project is being carried out by Atmosphere Realty, a joint venture between the Wadhwa Group, MICL and Chandak Group.

The new tower being constructed at the Virgo Society site is expected to feature high-end, sea-facing residences with pricing above INR 1 lakh per sq ft. Some of the premium units are anticipated to fetch over INR 100 crore upon completion.
