GHV Infra Projects has secured an engineering, procurement, and construction contract from Rana Exim FZ-LLC in the United Arab Emirates for the development of a smart manufacturing hub. Valued at approximately INR 2,645 crore, the project is located in Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone and will comprise industrial and commercial infrastructure. The estimated completion timeline is 24 months, excluding an initial 90-day setup period. With this addition, the company's total order book now exceeds INR 7,000 crore.
GHV Infra Projects announced earlier this week that it had won a major contract from Rana Exim FZ-LLC in the United Arab Emirates for the development of a smart manufacturing hub. The project, valued at around INR 2,645 crore, will be executed over a 24-month period, not including a 90-day mobilisation and setup phase. The awarded engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract involves developing the Erisha Smart Manufacturing Hub, which will comprise both industrial and commercial buildings. This project is planned within the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone in the UAE.
GHV Group Chairman Jahid Vijapura stated that with this latest order, the firm's total order book has surpassed INR 7,000 crore and that the company intends to continue evaluating selective project opportunities in the near future.
The company operates across multiple infrastructure and construction segments, including energy, environment, industrial, and transportation sectors. In addition, the board of GHV Infra Projects had approved the issuance of bonus shares to existing shareholders in the ratio of 3:2 - granting three fully paid-up equity shares for every two held.
The board had also endorsed a stock split, wherein each equity share of INR 10 would be split into two equity shares of INR 5 each.
These events underscore the firm's growing capabilities in delivering large-scale EPC assignments and affirms its strategy to pursue high-value projects selectively.
