NDR InvIT Trust, a National Stock Exchange-listed infrastructure investment trust, has expanded its footprint in Goa with the launch of a 2.35-lakh square feet warehousing facility located at NDR Varama Sir on Verna Airport Road. This newly developed site will serve both a leading quick commerce company and a third-party logistics provider specialising in fast-moving consumer durables. The addition brings NDR's total warehousing capacity in Goa to 11 lakh square feet, reinforcing its leadership in the region's logistics and industrial real estate sector.

NDR InvIT Trust, an infrastructure investment trust listed on the National Stock Exchange, has expanded its warehousing portfolio by inaugurating a 2.35-lakh square feet facility in South Goa. The facility, located at NDR Varama Sir on Verna Airport Road, has been specifically designed to support high-volume, high-speed logistics operations for prominent players in the quick commerce and consumer durables sectors.

A spokesperson from NDR InvIT Trust stated that the new development includes 1.06 lakh square feet allocated to a major quick commerce company and 1.24 lakh square feet occupied by a third-party logistics provider that handles fast-moving consumer durable products. With this expansion, NDR InvIT has reinforced its presence in Goa, where it now operates the largest warehousing and industrial park portfolio in the state.

The new facility complements NDR's existing operations at NDR Goaspace Pvt. Ltd. in the Verna Industrial Area. Combined, both parks account for a total constructed area of 11 lakh square feet, making NDR InvIT the leading player in Goa's industrial and logistics real estate market. These facilities are positioned as key infrastructure nodes that support a wide spectrum of logistical and industrial activities essential for modern trade.

Jagdish Bhanushali, Project Director at NDR InvIT, conveyed that the facility is a reflection of the firm's commitment to building future-ready infrastructure tailored to the evolving needs of trade, commerce, and manufacturing. He mentioned that the Goa portfolio has been strategically developed to support last-mile delivery, regional distribution, and national logistics operations. The parks feature flexible and scalable layouts, efficient vehicle circulation, ample docking provisions, and integrated value-added services designed to accelerate delivery timelines and enhance operational efficiency.
