The 'Brigade Avalon' project spans 4.36 acres and includes 206 apartments. The total development area for this project is 6.4 lakh (640,000) square feet.
Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Ltd, stated that Whitefield is a high-priority area for the company. Whitefield, located in East Bengaluru, is a major IT hub and has seen rapid growth due to the expansion of the IT sector and improved infrastructure, including metro connectivity. This has made it a popular residential destination, attracting IT professionals and young families seeking quality housing.
