Aadhar Housing Finance has announced a notable increase in its net consolidated profit for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026. The company's profit surged by 18.56 percent, reaching INR 237.28 crore. This growth was accompanied by a 19.38 percent rise in total income, amounting to INR 851.34 crore. These positive results are mainly due to strong demand in the affordable housing sector.


Rishi Anand, MD & CEO of Aadhar Housing Finance, highlighted the company's strong performance. He noted that Assets Under Management (AUM) grew by 22 percent year-on-year, reaching INR 26,524 crore as of June 30, 2025. Disbursements, which represent new loans given out, also saw a good increase of 32 percent year-on-year, totaling INR 1,979 crore.

The company's financial health is also reflected in its key metrics. Its net worth stood at INR 6,616 crore. The return on assets (ROA) was 4 percent, indicating how well the company uses its assets to generate earnings. The gross non-performing assets (NPA), a measure of loan quality, remained low at 1.34 percent as of June 30, 2025. Aadhar Housing Finance has now served over 3,06,000 loan accounts, showing its wide reach in the affordable housing segment.

The affordable housing sector in India continues to be a key focus for the government, with various schemes and incentives aimed at increasing homeownership for a large section of the population.
