Kartik Aaryan has entered the land market with his first purchase a 2,000-square-foot plot in Alibaug priced at INR 2 crore. The plot is located within the Chateau de Alibaug project by HoABL, which has already attracted high-profile buyers including Amitabh Bachchan and Kriti Sanon. The project offers premium amenities such as clubhouses, rooftop gardens, and duplex layouts with private pools. Aaryan shared that he plans to build his own home there, while the developer noted his entry highlights the growing demand for luxury land ownership in Alibaug, supported by better infrastructure links to Mumbai.
Kartik Aaryan has purchased a 2,000-square-foot land parcel in Alibaug. The plot, priced at INR 2 crore, is part of the Chateau de Alibaug project developed by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL). This marks his first land investment. The project includes facilities such as a reflexology track, two clubhouses, a multipurpose hall, a rooftop garden, a pool deck, and a lounge. It offers two types of residences Garden Chateaux, which come with private pools and ground-floor living areas, and Terrace Chateaux, which feature rooftop pools and bedrooms below. These layouts combine privacy with practical planning.
Kartik Aaryan shared that this was his first purchase of land and that he planned to build his own home there. He also mentioned that Alibaug's proximity to Mumbai made it a suitable choice and said he trusted the developer's work. HoABL stated that his investment reflected the growing popularity of Alibaug among buyers looking for premium and spacious homes.
Alibaug has seen increasing demand for real estate in recent years from both celebrities and professionals. Improved transport links, including the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link and better ferry access through Mandwa Jetty, have contributed to this trend. As a result, the area has become a preferred option for second homes and high-value property investments.
Kartik Aaryan already owns properties in Mumbai. In 2023, he purchased a luxury apartment for INR 17.50 crore. He also owns a 1,912-square-foot apartment in Juhu and had earlier rented a property for INR 4.5 lakh per month. His latest move into land ownership adds to his real estate investments and brings him closer to a growing circle of public figures choosing Alibaug.
