Synopsis

Saya Group has applied for the Occupancy Certificate for its flagship high-street retail development, Saya Piazza, situated at Jaypee Greens, Sector 131, along the Noida Expressway. Spread across approximately 2 lakh sq. ft., the project blends retail, dining, and leisure experiences. With marquee names such as Ministry of Beer and LOOKS Salon confirmed, the development is nearing completion and promises to offer high-value investment opportunities with limited units remaining.

Saya Group announced earlier this week that it had applied for the Occupancy Certificate for Saya Piazza, its premium high-street commercial project at Jaypee Greens, Noida Expressway. The development is in the final phase of construction and is expected to become a prominent retail and lifestyle hub in the region.


The project, located opposite the golf course in Jaypee Wishtown, features a 360-foot frontage for strong visibility and accessibility. It is spread across 2 lakh sq. ft. and is designed to balance retail, dining, and entertainment. More than 35% of the space is dedicated to restaurants, food courts, and leisure zones, while 65% has been allocated to retail, comprising nearly 350 outlets. The space will accommodate over 100 international apparel brands, lifestyle stores, fine-dining venues, gaming zones, gyms, and décor retailers.

Saya Piazza's unique design includes landscaped spaces, an iconic façade, premium interiors, and curated lighting to create a distinctive high-street shopping atmosphere. A dedicated Food Zone overlooking the golf course adds to its appeal, offering a refined dining and leisure experience.

With the Ministry of Beer and LOOKS Salon already committed, Saya Piazza is expected to attract more premium names, strengthening its positioning as a landmark retail and lifestyle destination along the Noida Expressway. The group stated that a limited number of pre-leased commercial units are available for investors, with the majority of the project already sold.

Vikas Bhasin, Managing Director of Saya Group, explained that Saya Piazza had been envisioned as more than just a shopping centre, describing it as a lifestyle hub that combines retail, dining, and entertainment for modern consumers. He added that the development would set new benchmarks for high-street retail in Noida, while highlighting that a select number of units are now open for booking with strong potential for high returns.

Designed as a modern lifestyle destination, the project offers investors and consumers a combination of retail, dining, and leisure experiences within a premium setting. With the majority of units already sold and only a few premium spaces still available, the development is positioned to establish itself as a major retail and commercial landmark on the Noida Expressway.
