Stamp duty and registration fees totaled INR 31.25 lakh and INR 30,000 per unit, respectively. The purchasers, Fatema Saidi and Mansi Vipul Kazi, paid INR 6.25 crore per flat. Each unit features a carpet area of 847 sq ft. The stamp duty recorded on each sale was INR 31.25 lakh, while the registration fee stood at INR 30,000 per flat. The buyers listed in the registration are Fatema Saidi and Mansi Vipul Kazi. Efforts to reach the seller and buyers for comments did not yield any response.
Oberoi Springs, in Andheri West, continues to attract buyers and investors. The area is favoured because of its lively social scene, access to major roads including the Western Express Highway and SV Road, suburban rail links, and the Versova-Ghatkopar Metro corridor.
Hema Malini, often remembered as Bollywood's "Dream Girl," made her film debut in the early 1960s and achieved widespread recognition with a 1968 release. In addition to her cinematic journey, she has been an admired Bharatanatyam dancer and film director. She extends her influence beyond arts as a long-serving Member of Parliament from Mathura.
