The property is spread across the 14th and 15th floors and covers between 6,600 and 7,300 sq ft. It is priced at INR 78.2 crore and includes six car parking spaces and a terrace. She also paid about INR 3.91 crore in stamp duty, with a concession on registration charges as a female buyer. Including charges and taxes, her total spend is above INR 84 crore.
