UrbanVault, a co-working space provider, has launched a new centre in Bengaluru, offering approximately 80,000 square feet of office space with 2,000 desks. The premium facility is located at Manyata Tech Park, one of the largest and most prominent technology hubs in India, serving as a key destination for technology and enterprise companies.
The company has leased this Grade A office space from Embassy Group, with desk pricing starting at INR 10,000. UrbanVault has already signed clients including Cloud Odyssey, Pioneer, and SRM Tech, reflecting strong demand for flexible workspaces in the city.
Amal Mishra, CEO of UrbanVault, said that Manyata Tech Park forms the heart of Bengaluru's enterprise ecosystem. He explained that entering this location with a large, flexible, and premium workspace is a strategic step to address the growing needs of technology-driven companies. Mishra also emphasized that the company plans to continue investing in national expansion, targeting high-potential micro-markets across India.
With this addition, UrbanVault's national portfolio now exceeds 2.58 million square feet, managing over 42,000 seats across Bengaluru, Pune, Gurugram, and other major cities. The company reported a turnover of INR 120 crore in the financial year 2024-25, reflecting steady growth and an increasing adoption of co-working spaces among enterprises in India.
