The development comprises 668 units with a built-up area of 17 lakh sq ft, priced from INR 1.7 crore upwards. With completion slated in about 30 months, the project is positioned in a growing micromarket with strong connectivity.

Sanjeevini Group confirmed this past week that it has launched its new luxury residential project, 'The Adwaith', in Gunjur, East Bengaluru. Spread over 8.3 acres, the project comprises 668 units with a total built-up area of 17 lakh sq ft. The developer has projected a sales potential of nearly INR 1,200 crore from this premium venture.

The company noted that the project will be executed under a joint development agreement with the landowner. Units are priced starting from INR 1.7 crore, catering to the upper-end housing market in the region. According to Chairman and Founder Umesh Gowda H A, Gunjur has been identified as a promising micromarket in Bengaluru owing to its increasing connectivity with other parts of the city.

The project has been targeted for delivery in approximately 30 months. Sanjeevini Group emphasised that residential property sales have witnessed a significant rise in the post-pandemic period, driven by pent-up demand and the growing preference for home ownership.

Since its establishment in 2010, Sanjeevini Group has developed over 15 lakh sq ft of residential, commercial and mixed-use spaces in Bengaluru. The company's development pipeline currently includes more than 30 lakh sq ft of projects, with 'The Adwaith' forming a key part of its upcoming portfolio.

The Gunjur project not only adds scale to the company's portfolio but also reflects its strategy of targeting fast-growing urban micromarkets with strong connectivity. Backed by substantial revenue expectations, the development underlines the company's continued focus on premium housing in Bengaluru.
