The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has initiated an e-auction for more than 200 premium properties, including function sites, kiosks, cafés, and mobile tower locations, to provide additional event spaces during the upcoming festive season. Registration for the auction began on August 26, with e-auctions scheduled to commence on September 30. The properties are offered on a license-fee basis for periods ranging from 10 to 12 months, with a mix of newly identified and reclaimed sites available for various commercial ventures across Delhi.

Registration for the auction began on August 26, with e-auctions scheduled to commence on September 30. Among the properties available are more than 115 function sites suitable for hosting both religious and non-religious events. Additionally, five Aarambh Cafés, part of libraries developed under a transformative initiative, are included in the auction. These cafés are located at Old Rajinder Nagar, Adhchini, and Dwarka Sector 16B, with two more sites under construction at Vikaspuri and Rohini. The initiative aims to provide safe, affordable, and modern study spaces for students across the city.
Other properties up for auction include a shopping centre in Dwarka Sector 23, eight kiosks at Vikas Sadan, the Amrit Dhara Food Court in Dwarka Sector 9, and approximately 80 mobile tower locations. These properties are being offered in six categories and include reclaimed or newly identified sites with no legal issues.
