Globe Civil Projects has reached a new milestone with its consolidated order book crossing INR 1,000 crore. The company's projects are spread across institutional, healthcare, and government infrastructure, with nearly 90 percent backed by central government funding, ensuring strong cash flow visibility. Recently, the firm also entered the sports infrastructure sector by securing an INR 222.20 crore project for building an international cricket stadium in Haryana. With ongoing projects across IITs, IIMs, hospitals, and government buildings, the company continues to strengthen its presence in diverse infrastructure segments.
Globe Civil Projects announced that its consolidated order book has crossed INR 1,000 crore, covering institutional, healthcare, and government infrastructure projects. According to the company, nearly 90 percent of its current portfolio is made up of central government funded projects, which provides steady cash flow and lowers working capital risks.
The company's Chairman and Whole-time Director, Ved Prakash Khurana, said that with the order book now above INR 1,000 crore, Globe Civil Projects is well placed to benefit from India's infrastructure development and create long-term value for its stakeholders.
The order book includes major educational projects such as IIT Roorkee, IIT Gandhinagar, IIT Kanpur, IIM Udaipur, IIM Lucknow-Noida, NIT Delhi, and the Central University of Punjab. In the healthcare space, the company is working on projects like AIIMS Raipur, Burari Hospital, PGI Nehru Block, and Aligarh Hospital. Its government projects include the Parliament Annexe building, the Income Tax office in Bangalore, and CPWD housing developments.
Alongside these, the company recently made its entry into sports infrastructure by securing an INR 222.20 crore contract for the construction of an international cricket stadium in Haryana. The project will be developed on a bill-of-quantities basis and is expected to be completed within 24 months. Khurana noted that this order reflects the trust placed in the company's ability to handle large-scale assignments effectively.
In recent weeks, Globe Civil Projects has also received new contracts worth INR 450 crore, out of which nearly INR 225 crore have already commenced. These include a project worth INR 172.99 crore from NBCC for the Central University of Punjab. The company has also streamlined its operations by focusing on core EPC activities and discontinuing its trading business, with construction now accounting for almost all of its profits.
