Located at B1/622, Janakpuri Road, the new centre covers 20,000 sq. ft. with more than 400 seats. It offers private cabins, open seating, dedicated desks, and meeting rooms. Designed to enhance collaboration, it also provides breakout areas, event spaces on demand, ergonomic furniture, pantry services, high-speed internet, and 24x7 access. The workspace blends modern infrastructure with a community-driven environment that had been absent in the District Centre for years.
Mukul Pasricha, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Spring House Workspaces, explained that professionals today look for offices that go beyond functional requirements to inspire creativity and networking.
