Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan and his father Rakesh Roshan, through their company HRX Digitech LLP, have purchased three premium office units in Mumbai's Chandivali area for INR 31 crore. The purchase, which was registered on July 9, 2025, highlights a continued trend of high-net-worth individuals investing in Mumbai's commercial real estate.

The three office units are on the first floor of the Boomerang building in Andheri East's Chandivali, covering a combined carpet area of 13,546 square feet. The sellers in this transaction were Manish Krishangopal Bazari, Shalini Manish Bazari, and Bazspace Pvt. Ltd. This acquisition is a part of a larger strategy by the Roshan family to expand their commercial holdings in the city. A separate purchase made by their firm in September 2024 involved five office units on the fifth floor of the same building for INR 37.75 crore.

This investment in Chandivali reflects the area's growing reputation as a commercial hub. Strategically located with good connectivity to other parts of the city and close to major IT and business districts, Chandivali being a popular choice for corporate offices is a target for both institutional and individual investors. While the Roshan family has been active in both commercial and residential property transactions, their recent focus on high-value office units underscores their methodical approach to diversifying their investment portfolio.
