With this move, Incuspaze has added 12 new centres to its portfolio-10 in Pune and 2 in Gurugram-bringing its total footprint to over 50 centres across 18 cities, covering nearly 4 million sq ft of flexible office space. The acquisition aligns with the company's broader expansion strategy, which includes an upcoming USD 25 million (approximately INR 215 crore) pre-IPO fundraising round, part of a planned public listing over the next two to three years.
Trios's founding team will continue to lead under expanded roles, ensuring continuity of service, consistency in pricing, and retention of existing clients. The deal includes the entire operating business of Trios and its fully managed centres, which have served major clients including large multinational corporations and global capability centres (GCCs).
Founded in 2016, Incuspaze has steadily scaled its co-working operations, catering to demand from startups, SMEs, and large corporations. Trios, established in 2017, has built a loyal customer base in Pune and NCR, making the acquisition both strategic and synergistic for Incuspaze's national ambitions.
