The lease agreement is set for a two-year period, bringing the total value of the lease to INR 1.60 crore. The agreement was officially registered on June 11.
Signia Pearl is part of an ultra luxury residential project by Sunteck Realty. The project boasts an enviable list of home owners including actors such as Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor and noted businessmen and entities such as Uday Kotak, Ashok Wadhwa, and GECOM International Pvt Ltd.
