Metro Global Solutions Center Pvt Ltd (MGSC), the Indian technology and solutions unit of international wholesaler Metro, has leased 50,000 sq ft of office space from coworking space provider 315Work Avenue in Pune. This transaction expands 315Work Avenue's footprint in the city to six centres, encompassing 0.6 million sq ft and around 12,000 seats in projects by developers like Ascendas, Panchshil, and Raheja. Nationwide, the company operates across 45 locations in cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune, with a total portfolio of 3 million sq ft and 60,000 seats.

Metro, which runs wholesale operations across multiple countries, relies on MGSC as its key in-house solutions provider. By moving into a coworking setup managed by 315Work Avenue, the company aligns with a growing trend of corporates seeking agility, cost-efficiency, and scalability in their workplace strategy.
This new lease adds to 315Work Avenue's growing presence in Pune, where the company now operates six coworking centres spanning a total of 0.6 million sq ft. These centres are located within commercial complexes developed by prominent builders such as Ascendas, Panchshil, and Raheja, collectively offering around 12,000 seats to occupiers.
Across India, 315Work Avenue has built a strong portfolio comprising approximately 3 million sq ft of coworking space, catering to around 60,000 seats across 45 prime locations in key metropolitan hubs-namely Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune.
