GNIDA has placed three key plots on the auction block. One plot, measuring 18,215 square meters in Sector Mu, carries a reserve price of INR 97 crore. Another, larger parcel spanning 30,000 square meters in Sector Sigma III, has a reserve price of INR 152 crore. Additionally, a 3,999 square meter land parcel in Sector Alpha II is available with a base price of INR 25 crore.
The scheme was opened for applications on Friday, with registrations accepted until July 4. Successful bidders are set to receive possession of their allotted plots within 30 days of the formal allotment. These land parcels boast excellent connectivity, linking directly to both the eastern and western dedicated freight corridors, as well as the Noida and Yamuna expressways.
The proximity to the upcoming Noida International Airport in Jewar, which is expected to become operational in the near future, is a key driver of substantial demand for residential properties in the region. Once the airport begins operations, it is anticipated to significantly enhance regional and international connectivity, creating a notable housing demand from professionals in aviation, logistics, hospitality, and allied sectors who prioritize living close to their workplaces.
