Synopsis

Zomato co-founder Deepinder Goyal purchased a premium apartment spanning nearly 11,000 sq ft in DLF's ultra-luxury residential development, 'Camellias', located on Golf Course Road, Gurugram, for INR 52.3 crore. The transaction was executed in August 2022 and formally registered a few months ago, according to data analytics platform Zapkey. Industry experts now estimate the property's current market value to be between INR 125 crore and INR 150 crore, reflecting the sharp appreciation in Gurugram's luxury housing segment. DLF has since launched another high-end project in the vicinity, titled "The Dahlias".

Zomato co-founder Deepinder Goyal had purchased a luxury apartment in DLF's flagship high-end residential project, 'Camellias', in Gurugram for INR 52.3 crore, as revealed by property data platform Zapkey. The transaction, finalised in August 2022, was officially registered earlier this year, based on registration documents reviewed by the analytics firm.


Situated in DLF phase-5 on the prominent Golf Course Road, the apartment boasts a super built-up area of 10,813 sq ft. The Camellias development, known for its exclusive offerings and clientele, has attracted several high-profile buyers including industrialists and top corporate executives, contributing to its stature as one of the most elite addresses in the Delhi-NCR region.

According to real estate market analysts, the value of Goyal's apartment has appreciated significantly and is currently pegged between INR 125 crore and INR 150 crore-almost triple the original purchase price. This dramatic increase reflects the broader surge in residential property values across Gurugram over the past three years, especially in the luxury segment.

Following the overwhelming success of the Camellias project, DLF Ltd has introduced another premium development named "The Dahlias", located in the same area. The developer is reportedly targeting a revenue of approximately INR 35,000 crore from this new venture, signalling strong confidence in the sustained demand for ultra-luxury housing in Gurugram.
