The Fern Habitat Pinkwalk is being designed to cater to both short and extended stays, offering private living areas, kitchenettes, and hotel-grade amenities such as daily housekeeping and on-site dining. The apart'otel aims to bridge the gap between apartment comfort and hotel convenience, echoing both brands' emphasis on guest-focused, sustainable hospitality.
The Jaipur-based developer has been expanding its presence in the hospitality sector through a series of strategic partnerships. Prior to this Fern tie-up, Manglam had also partnered with Westin. The Fern Habitat Pinkwalk forms part of the group's broader strategy to develop five premium hospitality projects across Rajasthan and Goa. This initiative is backed by an INR 1,000 crore investment plan, focusing on high-potential tourism and business destinations.
