Sobha Ltd. reported an 11% increase in sales bookings to a record INR 2,078.8 crore in Q1 FY26, selling 14.44 lakh sq ft of area. This marks its highest-ever quarterly sales value. The Bengaluru-based firm attributes growth to urban migration, commercial space demand, and declining interest rates. It launched two new housing projects, 'Sobha Aurum' in Greater Noida (420 apartments, 7 lakh sq ft saleable area, INR 800 crore investment) and one in Kochi, during the quarter, indicating continued expansion across 13 cities.

Sobha Ltd. clocked sales bookings of INR 2,078.8 crore in the April-June period of this fiscal year. This represents an 11% increase from INR 1,873.7 crore in the year-ago period. The company sold 14.44 lakh square feet of area in the quarter, compared to 11.75 lakh square feet in the corresponding period a year ago.
Sobha stated that this marks their "highest-ever quarterly real estate sales value," crossing the INR 2,000 crore milestone for the first time. The company attributes this strong demand to various factors, including urban migration, high commercial space absorption, increased consumer and investor confidence, declining interest rates, and growing home ownership aspirations.
Sobha launched two new housing projects during the April-June period. One project, named 'Sobha Aurum,' is in Greater Noida. It spans 3.46 acres and has a total saleable area of 7,01,051 square feet, comprising 420 apartments. Sobha Ltd. will invest around INR 800 crore to develop this luxury housing project in Greater Noida. The other project launched is in Kochi.
Sobha, a real estate developer in the country, has delivered around 145 million square feet since its inception. The company has a presence in 13 cities. During the June quarter, Sobha also completed 1.07 million square feet of saleable area and delivered 594 homes across its projects. Such strong sales bookings by major developers indicate robust housing market demand and investor confidence.
