State officials view this as a major leap in Uttar Pradesh's industrial journey, which is being actively pushed under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath. The initiative is expected to generate substantial employment and boost the region's manufacturing ecosystem.

Amber Enterprises has outlined plans to invest INR 6,000 crore in establishing a major electronics manufacturing facility near the upcoming Noida International Airport in Jewar, as per a statement from the state's industrial leadership.

Uttar Pradesh's Industrial Development Minister, Shri Nand Gopal Gupta, shared that he had recently met with Jasbir Singh, promoter of Amber Enterprises, in Lucknow to discuss the investment plans. According to an official release, the company aims to set up production units for printed circuit board (PCB) assembly, home appliances, and consumer electronics as part of this investment initiative.

Gupta remarked that this INR 6,000 crore investment would act as a significant milestone in Uttar Pradesh's ongoing industrial development, opening new pathways for economic expansion in the state.

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has already granted a Letter of Intent for a 100-acre land parcel in Sector 8, Noida. Strategically located along the Yamuna Expressway, this site is in close proximity to the upcoming Jewar airport, offering advantageous connectivity and infrastructure support.

The minister highlighted that the state government, under Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath's leadership, is actively pursuing large-scale investments to transform the industrial landscape of Uttar Pradesh. He noted that such investments are expected to not only spur comprehensive development but also create fresh employment opportunities for local youth.

Amber Enterprises, a leading player in the air conditioning and electronics manufacturing sector, is positioning this facility to significantly strengthen the white goods and electronics manufacturing ecosystem around the airport area. The move aligns with the broader industrial ambitions for the region and supports the state's push towards becoming a manufacturing hub.
