The fourth edition of Biznet, a B2B event hosted by CREDAI MCHI Thane, turned out to be a resounding success, drawing over 170 developers from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and more than 20 vendors. Held at TopTop Plaza in Thane West, the event aimed to foster collaboration between suppliers and developers, showcase emerging technologies, and generate business worth INR 100 crore-an ambitious target that was met. Purchase managers and key industry stakeholders used the platform to forge connections, sign MoUs, and discuss innovation in real estate.
CREDAI MCHI Thane's much-anticipated B2B event, Biznet, witnessed remarkable participation earlier this week, marking the fourth edition of the industry-focused platform. Organised at TopTop Plaza in Thane West, the event attracted more than 170 real estate developers from across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and featured over 20 vendors showcasing new products, services, and technological advancements.
Sachin Mirani, President of CREDAI MCHI Thane, mentioned that the event successfully leveraged digital tools and a live audience to create valuable networking opportunities between developers and product suppliers in the region. He highlighted that the seamless connection between the supply and development sides underscored the event's significance in the current real estate landscape.
Faiyaz Virani, the organisation's Hon Secretary, shared that the event exceeded expectations in terms of participation and business generated. According to him, the original goal was to facilitate deals worth INR 100 crore-a milestone they proudly reached, further cementing Biznet Thane's reputation as a record-breaking edition.
From the Mumbra, Kausa and Shil region, CREDAI MCHI Thane Chairman Ehtesham Khan stated that developers attended with an intent to explore more advanced technologies and broaden their procurement options. Echoing this, Mahesh Borkar, Chairman of the Redevelopment Committee, highlighted that the participation of over 100 developers reflected the event's impact in fostering meaningful connections between developers and vendors.
Akshit Parmar, Joint Secretary of the Youth Wing, emphasised that events like Biznet serve as a vital platform to stay updated on the latest industry innovations and best practices. He said that for developers, engaging directly with suppliers helps drive progress and innovation in construction and design. Supporting this view, Amit Datar, Secretary of the Redevelopment Committee, acknowledged the presence of 30-plus vendors as a sign of strong industry interest.
Vendor testimonials also reinforced the event's influence. Representatives from companies like Fujitec India Pvt Ltd, Aquel by Prince Pipes, Saphire Glass Solutions, Team Fenesta, and Knest Aluminium Formwork praised the event as an effective platform to engage with developers and generate business leads. They shared that they received numerous enquiries and described the overall response as highly encouraging.
Participants from KEI Cables, Kirloskar's authorised dealership, PAG International, and Kalpataru Doors echoed similar sentiments. They appreciated CREDAI MCHI Thane's initiative in facilitating industry interactions and looked forward to future editions of Biznet. One of the vendors noted that the event offered a glimpse into upcoming product offerings that could reshape the market.
As the event concluded, Sachin Mirani affirmed that Biznet Thane had yet again delivered on its promise serving as a pivotal business platform that advances the real estate sector in Thane and beyond.
