The flats are designed to cater to a wide range of applicants, including those from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Lower Income Group (LIG), and those seeking 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK housing options. In a significant move to make homeownership more accessible, the PDA has reduced prices by 10% for all categories of flats on offer. This price revision aims to ease the financial burden on prospective buyers and encourage greater participation in the housing schemes.
The residential projects from which the flats will be allotted include notable schemes such as Jagriti Vihar Awasiya Yojna, which offers flats in the MIG (Middle Income Group) category, and Mausam Vihar Apartment, featuring both 2BHK and 3BHK units. Other schemes include Vasudha Vihar Awasiya Yojna, Mangal Vihar Awas Yojna for M-EWS and LIG categories, and Sugam Vihar Awas Yojna aimed at the LIG segment. These developments cover different parts of Prayagraj and reflect the PDA's focus on diverse housing needs.
Moreover, in Naini's ADA colony, the PDA has made available flats in Yamuna Vihar Awas Yojna, which offers 2BHK units, as well as Janhvi Apartment that caters to EWS and 1BHK buyers. The Manas Vihar Housing Scheme, serving EWS and LIG applicants, and Azad Apartment, with LIG flats, also form part of the allotment plan. In Trivenipuram, located along the Prayagraj-Varanasi route, the Divine Apartment project presents luxury 4BHK flats, expanding options for homebuyers seeking larger residences.
In addition, the Saras Vihar Housing Scheme in Jhunsi, an affordable housing project, has six flats available for sale. The PDA is also facilitating allotment for nine luxury flats with 2BHK and 3BHK configurations in Govindpur.
