Synopsis

The Bengaluru-based managed workspace provider Simpliwork Offices has leased roughly 1.32 lakh square feet across two commercial buildings in the city: Sumadhura Capitol Towers and Pardhanani Wilshire III. The move comes as the demand for flexible, high-performance workspaces continues to surge among enterprises. Currently managing about 4.5 million sq ft, the company aims to nearly double its portfolio to 9-9.5 million sq ft over the coming two years. Founded in 2018, Simpliwork operates over 85 centres across major Indian cities including Mumbai, Pune, and Hyderabad.

Simpliwork Offices has recently leased approximately 1.32 lakh square feet of workspace in Bengaluru, signalling a strategic push to meet the growing demand for flexible managed office spaces in the city.

In a statement issued earlier this week, the Bengaluru-based company revealed that the newly acquired space is spread across two prominent commercial properties-Pardhanani Wilshire III and Sumadhura Capitol Towers. This latest addition forms part of Simpliwork's broader expansion strategy.

Currently operating a portfolio of around 4.5 million square feet, Simpliwork has set its sights on nearly doubling this figure, with ambitions to scale up to between 9 million and 9.5 million square feet over the next two years.

Kunal Walia, the company's CEO and Founder, remarked that the demand for agile, high-performance work environments is at an all-time high. He observed that enterprises are now looking beyond just physical space; they are increasingly seeking infrastructure that can grow in tandem with their business objectives. Walia added that the company's continued investment in Bengaluru underlines its confidence in the city's upward growth trajectory and its intent to help shape the future of intelligent and adaptive office solutions.

Founded in 2018, Simpliwork Offices currently runs more than 85 centres in key Indian metros such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Gurgaon, Noida, and Kolkata, positioning itself as a dominant player in the flexible workspace sector.

The company's rapid expansion goals aimed at doubling its current footprint reflect both strong market confidence and a deep understanding of evolving tenant needs. With a firm presence already established across India's top metros, Simpliwork appears well-positioned to cater to the rising demand for managed workspaces that prioritise adaptability, technology, and user experience.
